Telehealth

A virtual visit is an appointment with a medical provider done digitally online through a video platform. Virtual visits allow providers and patients to connect over a secure video channel designated solely for that appointment. Many providers, including cardiologists, are scheduling e-visits to make care more convenient and to improve care by reducing barriers patients face coming to offices.

A doctor’s office will provide the necessary information, credentials, registration, and sign-in information for an e-visit.
