Notre Dame blends urgent care and a physician practice in the same facility. You can be treated for your urgent health care needs. In addition, physicians hold primary care office hours for patients age 18 and older.

Notre Dame also offers the convenience of blood work and many diagnostic imaging tests right on site. This means less traveling for you and quicker reporting of test results to your primary care physician.

Services

We welcome you as a walk-in patient for urgent care visits. No appointment is necessary. You will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis, usually quicker than you would in an emergency room. For your benefit, all physicians conduct immigration physicals on a walk-in basis.

Primary care practice

If you do not have a doctor to care for your routine health needs, such as physical exams, illness and medical conditions, you can choose from one of our experienced staff. To better serve you, many of our doctors speak Spanish.
