Pulmonary and Sleep Program in Rhode Island
Specialists with the Pulmonary and Sleep Program at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island help people with pulmonary and sleep conditions lead quality lives by learning to lessen their disease’s effects and manage its symptoms.
We see patients with many lung and sleep disorders, including:
- Chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD) – chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
- Lung cancer.
- Pulmonary fibrosis.
- Pulmonary hypertension/pulmonary vascular diseases.
- Sleep disorders (sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, unexplained sleepiness).
- Unexplained shortness of breath.
Our physicians, all faculty members at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, are also all board-certified in pulmonary and critical care medicine. Three of the physicians are also board-certified in sleep medicine.
