Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island recently appointed Mark A. Creager, MD, to its Medical Staff in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine.
Dr. Creager earned his medical degree at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. He completed his internal medicine residency and a peripheral vascular disease fellowship at University Hospital, Boston, MA. Dr. Creager completed a cardiology fellowship at University Hospital and Boston City Hospital, Boston, MA. Dr. Creager is the director of the Vascular Center at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. He is a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA.
Dr. Creager is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association and the Society for Vascular Medicine. His special interests include vascular medicine, atherosclerosis and thrombosis.
