Southeastern Medical Center cares for patients of all ages at our comprehensive primary care practice (the Primary Care Center of Plainville). Our family medicine physicians provide a range of health services for infants, children, adolescents, adults and seniors. All of the physicians are board certified.

Convenient Location

The Center has a separate medical suite where you can see specialists neuro-surgery, orthopaedics and obstetrics/gynecology. We also provide radiology and laboratory services, so you can have your x-ray and mammography exams and blood work done here.
