New Horizons Adult Day Center offers medical assistance and support services to frail elders and disabled adults. You can feel confident in the exceptional nursing services, case management, therapeutic recreation and daily living services we provide. The staff is dedicated to improving the quality of life for each individual participant on a daily basis. You can be assured of a safe environment where independence and dignity is restored for even the most frail participants. New Horizons also serves as a source of respite for caregivers who need support and education to help preserve the independence of their loved ones while allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own home as long as they choose.
