Patient Centered Medical Home
The Family Care Center is the home for the Family Medicine program of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. The Family Care Center works under the concept of a
patient centered medical home. Using a team approach, experienced physicians, all faculty of the medical school , supervise and work side by side with resident physicians, nurses, dietitians and behavioral health specialists to meet your healthcare needs. The Center is organized into three office practices (A, B and C) to maintain a healthcare experience that is patient focused.
