If you need a prescription refilled, please call the office Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We encourage you to call at least a few days ahead to give us adequate time to process your request and contact your pharmacy. Be sure you have enough for weekends and holidays when our office is not open. Always ask your physician about refills at the time of your appointment.
Consultations and referrals
In some instances, your family doctor may want to consult with a specialist to better define a medical problem or may want to refer you to a specialist for treatment. Your doctor may arrange these visits and will review and discuss the results with you. Your doctor will also continue to supervise your care and guide you in making decisions.
Laboratory testing and results
Your healthcare team will keep you informed about your test results by a phone call, letter or in person at your next visit. If you have any questions or concerns about your test results, you should call our office.
