A Somerville, MA resident, Dr. Pulicken earned his medical degree at Government Medical College, Kottayam, India. He completed his neurology residency at Tufts University, Boston, MA. He completed a Fellowship in Electroencephalography and Epilepsy from the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA. He earned a Masters in Health Sciences from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Pulicken is an Assistant Professor of Neurology (Clinical) at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Dr. Pulicken is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Epilepsy Society, Rhode Island Neurological Association and the Massachusetts Medical Society. His areas of interest include: Epilepsy, EEG and Multiple Sclerosis.
