Our specialists offer you outpatient and inpatient treatment of asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis and sleep disorders.

The Division of Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine also provides an educational environment for pulmonary fellows from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Pulmonary medicine faculty from Brown's medical school provide consultation and follow-up of pulmonary disorders such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema and sleep apnea.

Our lab provides general testing of lung capacities and any impairment of lung function caused by diseases. We also offer special testing for asthma.

Patients believed to have sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome or other sleep disorders are first seen in the Outpatient Pulmonary Office and then evaluated overnight in the Sleep Lab.
