Memorial's social workers provide a variety of support services for patients and their families, including on-site counseling if necessary. They also help patients connect with the appropriate social services in the community, inlcuding those that handle mental health, medical and financial concerns.
Patients and families suffering a loss or facing a life-threatening disease can receive emotional and bereavement support.
