Occupational Therapy (Outpatient)
occupational_therapy_mhri.jpgServices:
Memorial's outpatient occupational therapy program helps patients improve their ability to perform tasks of daily living, work and leisure activities. Our therapists treat children and adults with physical, cognitive and/or developmental conditions.

Individualized treatment plans are designed to help you recover or improve basic motor functions and reasoning abilities and to compensate for any permanent loss of function. Our program emphasizes education and return to work and independence.

A written referral from your physician is required for therapy. It must include your diagnosis, the physician's orders, and be dated no more than 30 days before your initial visit to us.
