Hours: 16 Hours Bi-Weekly

Job Description: Performs a variety of routine tasks and functions to prepare and cook food items for patients, employees, special functions and others as directed, following standard policies and procedures and in compliance with regulatory agency requirements and regularly scheduled meal periods. Performs related duties as required.

Hours: 16 hours biweekly

Education: High School diploma or GED required Experience: 5-7 years restaurant or institutional food service experience required License: Rhode Island Food Safety Certification required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of operation of institutional food service equipment; knowledge of therapeutic diets preferred. Knowledge of proper food handling and storage. Knowledge of weights and measures.

Shift: 1st & 2nd
Hours: 32 Hours Bi-Weekly

Job Description: Provides dietary services to patients including menu collection and correction, tray delivery and pick-up, nourishment delivery, nutrient intake documentation, floor stock inventory and delivery, and patient floor kitchen sanitation.  Maintains communication with nursing staff and clinical nutrition staff to facilitate appropriate delivery of food service to patients.  Performs related duties as required.

Hours: 32 hours biweekly (1st & 2nd shift)

Rotating shifts:  3:30pm-7:30pm, 4:00pm-8:00pm, 7:ooam-3:30pm, 6:30am-3:00pm
Education: 
High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience:  1 year experience in institutional or restaurant food service including tray assembly, tray/meal delivery and menu collection required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication skills and priority setting skills required; Manual dexterity and motor coordination.
