Job Description: To design and implement social work component of Behavioral Science curriculum for the Department of Family Medicine. To educate residents and medical students in assessment, intervention and resource access to address bio psychosocial needs of patient population in an Ambulatory setting.

Hours:  40 hours biweekly ( 1st shift)

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program required.

Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience after degree completion required.

Licensure/Registration: Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of RI

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

·         Knowledge of geriatric, maternal/child and family psychosocial assessment and intervention procedures. ·         Knowledge of family dynamics as it relates to an ambulatory health care setting. ·         Knowledge of medical education, both undergraduate and graduate, teaching and learning principles, and design and development of social work evaluation systems. ·         Teaching and supervisory skills in the education of residents and medical students. ·         Communication and writing skills. ·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Description: Perform various Ultrasound imaging studies on a varied population. Provide a safe environment for patients. Document technical settings, positioning for all examinations. Assist Radiologist during ultrasound guided procedures (biopsy, drainage, hystero). Provide radiology services to various locations. Enter patient data into Scheduling systems, PACS systems.

Hours: Per Diem

Education: Graduate of RDMS approved Medical Ultrasound Program required.

Experience: Minimum one year experience as licensed ultrasound tech, or completion of student rotation through MHRI as clinical site required.

License/Registration: Must be RDMS Registered or ARRT Certified required.
BLS/CPR certification required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge in patient care, ultrasound imaging techniques including - but not limited to Abdominal US, OB/GYN. Breast, Small Parts required.

Special Qualifications: Would be beneficial to have experience with Vascular US.

Job Description: Performance of vascular exams – peripheral arterial and venous, visceral, extracranial, surgical bypass and interventional evaluation; records preliminary interpretation of studies on adult and geriatric patients; formulates preliminary report. The provision of services includes assessing patients, developing plan for accomplishing procedure(s) ordered, setting up room and equipment to accomplish procedure, and ensuring quality images. The technologist must solve problems related to the daily needs of patient, department and clinic with professional standards on documentation of care and timeliness. Performs related duties as required. 
Hours: 20 week (40 bi-weekly) 1st shift 

Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Biology, a health-related profession preferred. 

Experience: A minimum of two years of direct full-time work experience is preferred.Experience in carotid, peripheral arterial and venous, visceral, extracranial, surgical bypass and interventional evaluation preferred.

License/Registration/Certificate: BCLS certification required. Registered (RVT or RVS) Vascular Tech required. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with peers/other disciplines required. Ability to work independently. Skills in planning, organizing, priority setting, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making.Ability to work closely with patients
