Job Description: Major Responsibilities:

Job Description: This role would have site responsibility for Cardiovascular Services Program at MHRI, reporting to the System Service Line Administrator for CNE (w/matrix reporting to the SVP of Site Ops and CNO as appropriate). Administrative oversight includes, but not limited to, day to day management and mitigating issues for the Cardiology Practice, non-Invasive Testing, Cardiac Cath/IR Lab and liaison to our inpatient Cardiology Services. Provides recommendations regarding hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations, monitors employee workload, staffing patterns and productivity to ensure continuous quality services. Regularly inspects and evaluates new equipment and procedures and updates or implements as necessary.   This position will identify needs and develop effective proposals for new programs, develop an accurate budget for the department and effectively monitor it. Ensure compliance with productivity targets as well as AMS FTE targets. He/She will ensure all departmental procedures are performs appropriately and according to established procedures. This position will provide contribution to Hospital operations through active participation in professional meetings, committees and conferences. 

He/She will work collaboratively with other Managers/Directors/Practice Managers of Cardiac Services to build and strengthen the Cardiovascular Service Line. 

Hours: 80 biweekly (1st Shift) 

Education: BS required/ MS preferred.
